Chase Turner wants his wife back. After the divorce, he realized the mistakes he made and was willing to make it all up to Jewel and win her back. Chase wants to do whatever it takes to show her that this time he is willing to go the distance for their marriage, even if it includes some escapades that involve more than just the two of them.

Jewel isn’t about to let Chase back into her life.  She has been down that road with him already and his work and professional life left her out in the cold.  She knew she was fighting a losing battle though, because no man turned her on like Chase, except maybe a threesome including Chase. When the two meet up again at Christmas party tinsel flies. The attraction between them is undeniably there.  But Jewel wants something more. It takes a little shove from a friend to get Jewel and Chase off in the right direction and a little ménage action always helps.

Aurora Rose Lynn’s Lonely Hearts character development was decent but the plot just seemed to flounder. There were small bits and pieces of action, drama, and romance, but it just didn’t move me. Jewel and Chase find themselves engaging in a couple ménages which just felt forced and didn’t flow. My opinion is that bringing a third or even fourth party into the car, bedroom, whatever probably won’t make your marriage stronger, but will lead to some really hot sex. Which Lynn does present well.  The ending is a good one but I’m hoping to see some better development in future novels.
