Rett is a dragon warrior and Karis’s current bodyguard. Karis is sure that Rett is her dragon mate but can she convince him that he can have both his honor and her?

Dragonfire 2: Chosen by B. J. McCall is the second in the Dragonfire series. I will start by stating I have not read the first story in this series but I think Chosen read well as a stand-alone story. I enjoyed this short quick read. Once Karis was sure of what she wanted, she worked to get it. She was a strong female and took action to have the future she wanted. Rett was a strong male with honor. Not only did I find the passion between Rett and Karis believable but I liked both of them.
