Daniel Long is going to the Castillo Resort, Grand Turk. Madame Eve has set his one night stand up there. Jagger Castillo owns the resort; he’s helped Madame Eve set up many one night stands. When Eve sets him up with Daniel, Jagger is conflicted. Daniel is everything he’s ever wanted in a man, but he really doesn’t want to have a one night stand. But when he meets Daniel in person, he just can’t say no.

Mountain Claiming by L. C. Dean is a sweet romance. I liked Daniel from the start; he’s huge, but gentle. A former relationship has really messed with him, but he has a heart of gold and the kindness inside just radiates out of him. Everyone loves the gentle giant, though he does have some self image problems. Jagger comes off as a rich play boy with many admirers, but once you get to know him, you find out he’s very selective. His self confidence is just what Daniel needs in a partner. These two are the perfect couple and a hot one night stand.  While I am usually not a fan of the instant love concept, this story tugged at my heart and will be one I will not forget anytime soon.
