The One He Chose by Wendy Burke is the twenty-sixth book in the 1NightStand series and is a heartbreakingly, sweet story. This story is about love and loss, and finding love again; it was just an emotional ride.  I know this is one of the stories I won’t forget any time soon.   

Grace is grieving for the love of her life, and finding the courage just to breathe without her husband at her side. Jake is the perfect best friend and support, but he wants something more.  He’s hoping that maybe they can come out of this experience better people together.  When you want an emotional ride that you won’t easily forget, this is a story I highly recommend.
