Softhearted Cassie is a mess. Struggling with moral dilemmas and letting others run her life or tell her how her life should be run causes her to miss out on life’s important lessons. Caught between work and her personal life she runs, inevitably lying to herself and what her heart wants with both Leopold and Aden.

Embroiled in studies, Aden struggles to balance his relationship with Leo and Cassie and his ever-growing workload. Earning his degree means more than he’s expressed. He misses the closeness of Cassie and feels lousy for not spending more time catering to Leo’s needs.

Quiet,  Leopold knows one thing. He must have both Cassie and Aden in his life.  After a game of truth or dare, their lives changed drastically. Life gets in the way. Work separates him from Aden. Living together at times but separate, Leo keeps the façade that all is fine and when he wins a bet, he sets a destination he hopes will bring them back together again.

Another Dream Another Reality by Mechele Armstrong really grabbed my attention from the get go. I had enjoyed the first story so much, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the second. I’d thought the three would continue on their path; however, I didn’t foresee all of the struggles they’d be facing alone and together. The layering of personalities was exquisite, and I appreciated getting to see each character returning in a different light. Ms. Armstrong beautifully illustrated how easy it is to let our jobs and others’ prejudices keep us from receiving what we need from our love(s). I recommend this read to everyone. The reality and vivid emotions in Another Dream Another Reality grasped my heart.
