If you’re looking for a fast-paced, intelligent, character driven BDSM story, you need to pick up Cherise Sinclair’s Club Shadowlands.  Jessica doesn’t have a clue what’s she in for when she signs the club’s agreement.  She blindly signs the paperwork for the club because Master Z’s kindness and inner sexuality mesmerizes her.  

Jessica’s education starts off as soon as she enters the club’s foyer.  She looks upon the various scenes and people’s interaction while Master Z watches her from a discrete distance.  Master Z is intrigued by her wide-eyed fascination and decides then and there to be the one to usher her into the fascinating world of D/s. Under a supreme Dom’s tutelage, Jessica learns to yield control over to her yummy Dom.  Be prepared to have your own man handy because the scenes between these two are fiery hot!  

Cherise Sinclair is definitely a new author to watch in the D/s genre. It’s readily apparent Ms. Sinclair did her homework because she’s incorporated protocols any smart person engaging in D/s would want to have in place.  These little touches added to the overall flavor of the story and made me emotionally invested in not only Jessica and Master Z, but other characters as well.  Ms. Sinclair, I hope you will return to Club Shadowlands soon.
