Charles Witmore owns the best hotel in Los Angeles and is starstruck when Bridget Phillips enters for a stay while filming her latest movie. Despite rumors about Bridget, Charles finds her to be charming and fun and he falls in love with her as he gets to know her. The two share a wonderful love that will seemingly be cut short but Charles believes they can have a future beyond the end of the film. What he doesn't know is that there are greater forces than a movie keeping them from sharing a long future. Cinematic Royalty is a wonderful tale that made me cry so much with the beauty of this story and the poignancy found between its pages! Isabelle Santiago does a magnificent job evoking the feel of the golden age of film. The cast of characters in Cinematic Royalty is diverse and add to the overall enjoyment to be found in reading the story. I fell in love with this book and highly recommend it! |
