When Morgan’s father sold her into slavery, she never expected that she would end up in the household of a royal family from a different planet, assigned to help train the teen-aged prince defend himself. Khai is almost like a son to her and she takes her job seriously, even if she is only a brothel slave. It is almost time for the thirteen lunar moons to eclipse, an event that takes place only every twenty-five years, and every one of these eclipses bring trouble her way. The king and queen are murdered and the price is missing. Guess who gets the blame? To top it all off, she is forced into marriage with a man she despises. Len Braxton is ordered to find Morgan Taj Zephyrain, a criminal accused of killing thousands of people. He doesn’t know whether Morgan the slave is the same as Morgan the criminal, but he does know that whenever they touch, electricity zaps through his body. Can she be is one true soul mate? Is his soul mate capable of murder? And can he apprehend her if she is? Wow, does Ms. Leatherman suck you into to a totally explosive book that kept me on the edge of my seat! The Prophecy of Vithan is one tremendous book with a Star Wars flavor but where the villains are fire-breathing dragons from another dimension. The fantastic setting works really well and I was captivated by it. The Prophecy of Vithan is an absolute must read. |
